  13. 1/4 cup grated cheese for garnish
  14. Virgin olive oil for garnish drizzling on top

Instructions to make to make Fish Salad

  1. Cut the fish into large pieces, place fish in a roasting dish greased with olive oil. Dribble more olive oil over the fish. put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 175°C or gas 6
  2. While fish is cooking, make your crispy salad. Cut up lettuce into bite size pieces and add to a large bowl.
  3. Then cut up the red onions into small pieces and add to bowl
  4. Cut tomatoes into wedge pieces and add to bowl
  5. Cut up cucumber slices thick and then into small pieces and add to bowl
  6. Add the handful of corn into the bowl
  7. Cut up sweet peppers and add to the salad bowl
  8. Toss the salad add salt & pepper, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and toss
  9. Then add the sour cream and toss gently again
  10. Add 1 tbsp of oyster cauce and mix in.
  11. Now the fish should be cooked. Add to the salad and toss once more, then add the dried onions all over the top
  12. Serve on a bed of crispy lettuce
  13. Add the mixture on top of the lettuce
  14. Then garnish grated cheese
  15. Drizzle with virgin oil
